Peruvian Cuisine is declared "National and Cultural Heritage"
The acknowledged chef, Isabel Alvarez, hailed the decision of the National Institute of Culture (INC), which declared the Peruvian cuisine as a National and Cultural Heritage. Isabel, owner and manager of the restaurant "El señorío de Sulco" said that the initiative positions the Peruvian culinary art as an expression of identity of the country.
"This recreates the feeling of self-esteem so down we Peruvians have. This initiative is democratic because people of the grass roots and media sectors feel matched in the sense of uniformity, because it is a cultural reference has been built by all Peruvians at different times and in many parts of the country, which have made this Cuisine elevated to the level which is sponsored today." she said.

The Mayor Mr. Castañeda affirms that the Magical Circuit of the Water is a tourist Icon.-
The mayor of Lima, Luis Castañeda Lossio Chestnut, said yesterday that the Magical Circuit of the Water has become an icon of the Peruvian capital and emphasized that its visit is already part of the tourist program of the national and international operators, and it contributes to increase the currency generation of the Tourism. Recovery and Solidarity after the tragedy.-
It is indeed what the country has lived; after a great tragedy caused by the earthquake, national and international solidarity started to appear, support shipments from all parts of the world, not only with food, clothes and provisional shelter but money to help this area. The victims, even though they are living a terrible moment are not alone, because the entire world has come to them. Peruvians have been united to support their brothers and the government is handling the resources through immediate aid and development plans to re-bluit this zone.
