Aerial Via

Main Articule: Peru's International Air Connectivity

The "Jorge Chavez International Airport" located in the city of Lima is the main gate to Peru, this airport receives all the international flights and from here a conection to the domestic flights can easily be made.

Lima is a city mainly connected to the main cities of Europe, Asia and America. Thus, there are several airles who offer constant flights, these are: American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Copa, Iberia, Lan, Lan Peru, Taca, Spirit Airlines, among others.

Ground via

The highway to enter Peru are:

  • Tacna
Enter from Chile through the Panamerican Highway until the city of Lima.
  • Tumbes
Enter from Ecuador through the Panamerican Highway until the city of Lima.
  • Yunguyo
Exit point that lead us to Copabana in Bolivia.
  • Desaguadero
Exit point that lead us to La Paz in Bolivia.
  • Piura
Highway that joins the city of Piura (Peru) with the city of Loja in Ecuador.

River Way

The unique river entry to Peru is through the Amazon River where Private Tourist boats transport people from the city of Leticia (Colombia) and Tabatinga (Brazil), to the city of Iquitos.

Lake Way

The Titicaca lake permits the communication with Bolivia, with whom Peru mantains a fluid trade and tourism.

By Sea

There are cruises arriving at Callao, Peru's main port, also at ports Salaverry and Chimbote in northern Peru and St. Maarten Port in Pisco in the south.
